royal is right in the middle of the french quarter, so you can walk everywhere. there’s no noise from bourbon street, which is a plus. jasmine at the front desk was wonderful and super helpful. the beach setup with sun-loungers was perfect for relaxing.

No elevators for higher floors

I recently enjoyed my stay in a Deluxe Room where the bed was super comfy and the hot tub was a nice touch after a long day. There are great spots to unwind by the beautiful pool or on the shaded patio. Just a heads up, the shower pressure could be better, but it didn’t stop me from having a fantastic time! 😊

I loved the charming atmosphere of the hotel, as it’s right in the heart of the French Quarter and just a few steps from Louis Armstrong Park, which was a splendid spot to unwind after walking around all day.

I fell in love with the whimsical character of my room, with its unique layout and good decor that transported me to another era. The quaint courtyard was my go-to spot for morning coffee, complete with calming fountain sounds. Plus, being just a block away from the vibrant nightlife kept the energy buzzing while still allowing for peaceful retreat.

The balcony suite was a delight, with a clean and cool atmosphere, providing easy access to local dining, including nearby spots for iced coffee. While there were minor communication gaps at check-in, everything thereafter went flawlessly, making for a truly enjoyable experience.
